After the birth of my first child I started to experience increased stress and anxiety. I am so thankful I came across Rachel’s mindfulness and reiki session which completely changed how my mind and body felt. Rachel makes you feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door and the session was the most relaxing and enlightening I had ever experienced. I can’t recommend Reiki by Rachel enough!
Having suffered with depression, a lack of self worth and OCD tendencies for many years, I have been astounded at how much reiki and mindfulness has helped me. I had tried the traditional ‘talking therapies’ in the past, and as much as they have their place in improving mental wellbeing, they never seemed to actually get rid of the hold that old issues/experiences had over me. I have found that reiki gets through and sheds these shackles, and mindfulness helps with the OCD and focusing on ‘the now’. Rachel is a wonderful practitioner who always welcomes you with warmth and a smile, and you know that you are safe to confidentially address any issues. I highly recommend her to everyone!
I went to Rachel for Reiki sessions. Rachel was very easy to talk too. She was empathetic and answered all my questions, putting my anxieties at my first session to rest. The reiki was amazing and left me feeling so calm and refreshed afterwards. I literally felt a weight had been lifted after the sessions with Rachel. It truly is something everyone should try; You won’t be disappointed!

Like many others I was sceptical of Reiki before I went to Rachel, wondering what it was like and how much it would help. I get extremely anxious at times and find it very hard to relax and sleep, Rachel has taught me both mindfulness techniques as well as having the Reiki… the combination of which has worked wonders for me and continues to do so. Rachel herself is lovely and sets you at ease straight away, I have recommended her to many and will continue to do so. Thanks for being awesome Rachel!
